I filed a bankruptcy and the paperwork was filed correctly, but the wrong debt was discharged! Can this be corrected?

Hello and thank you for the question. You can correct it. You would file a motion to amend and add a claim. Then that claim would be discharged. The clerks office can do so or a local lawyer cheaply. martindale.com and findlaw.com are both excellent lookup directories. Both highly rated. Both used by lawyers.
