You do not have to attend the Meeting of Creditors, and you do not have to file a Motion to Object, unless you have reason to believe the debtor is hiding something or you have some other reason to believe the Bankruptcy was filed in bad faith.
However, if you did file such a Motion, you would have to go to court to present the Motion.
