Regarding an attorneys vouch for a debtors reaffirmation

This answer was rated:

Regarding an attorney's vouch for a debtor's reaffirmation agreement, is the attorney's signature on the certification page of the reaffirmation good enough? Or does the attorney also need to file an affidavit or declaration?

The attorney just needs to sign the paperwork.

There is not really a separate affidavit that he.she needs to prepare.

Paul K, Esq. :

The reaffirmation form is pretty basic and simple and there is not much to it, so your attorney should be able to do it easily.
