1. Simple parking tickets from 1995-6
2. Excise motor vehicle tax from 1998 & 1999.

Traffic tickets are non-dischargeable in bankruptcy. Thus, you would still be looking at having to pay for these.

As for the excise tax, if the underlying transaction (when the excise tax first became due) was more than three years before you file, it would be dischargeable. Otherwise, the tax would be due.
