Customer Question

Where can I find a sample nondischargability complaint and when does it need to be filed?

Fritz :

Keep in mind, however, that such complaints will be fact-intensive and should be drafted by an attorney if at all possible.

Fritz :

A nondischargeability complaint needs to be filed on or before the Objection Deadline. The docket will say something like "Objections to Discharge/Dischargeability due by [date]." That date is the last day to object to discharge or file a nondischargeability complaint.

Fritz :

Note that if you're filing a nondischargeability complaint, it needs to be filed as an Adversary Complaint.
