Hi - my name is XXXXX XXXXX X'm a Bankruptcy attorney here to assist you. What is your Bankruptcy Law question? (What would you like to know?)
How much should this normally cost around? I have credit debt & own nothing of value to be claimed.
Thank you for your response. You can pay a Bankruptcy attorney approximately $1,200 to fill out and file the papers for you, or you can pay a Bankruptcy preparer around $200 to fill out the papers, and then you would file them yourself. In addition to the above, you also have to pay a $309 filing fee to the Bankruptcy court.I think this is what you wanted to know. If not, please let me know.Thank you.
