cortrightlaw : That would depend on a lot of different factors such as your assets, dependents, income and expenses. But yes lots of times my clients can qualify for either a 7 or a 13 and I look at their specific situation and we chose the one that fits their situation the best.
cortrightlaw : You can't do both at the same time you just need to decided which is the better option for your specific situation.
