If I filed Chapter 13 2 years ago, and want to join my employers 403b plan, can my creditors come after that? I live in RI.

Hi JACustomer,
403b retirement plans are exempt (protected) from collection by creditors - whether or not you had filed a Bankruptcy. Rhode Island Stat. 9-26-4.
