Terry L. :

Hi, thanks for your question. You should hire a lawyer for specific legal advice. No attorney client relationship is created here.

Terry L. :

IF the case is still open, you can amend the schedules to add the debt.

Terry L. :

Some jurisdictions say if it was a no asset chapter 7, and was inadvertently left off, it would be discharged too.

Terry L. :

Some will require you to reopen the old case to file an amendment to add on the debt.

Terry L. :

Talk to your lawyer to see how it is treated in your state.

Terry L. :

Do you have any other questions?

No. My case is still open so I will get it added. Thanks.
