In a Chapter 7 bankruptcy, do I list personal property that is exempt under Texas law on both Schedule B and Schedule C or do I only list non-exempt property on Schedule B?

Terry L. :

Hi, thanks for your question. You should hire a lawyer for specific legal advice. No attorney client relationship is created here.

Terry L. :

All assets are listed on Schedule A (Real Property) and Schedule B (personal property)

Terry L. :

Terry L. :

All assets are listed on A & B, regardless if they have an exemption or not.
