I filed for chapter 13 bankruptsy, but took a volentary dismissal

Resolved Question:

I filed for chapter 13 bankruptsy, but took a volentary dismissal because of the terms. This was Dec. 2004. I have a debtor asking for payment for the first time since then. Am I still lible for this debt?
