There is no time limitation between successive Chapter 11 filings.

This what I found so far on the other chapters but i was not able to find anything on chapter 11

There is no time limit between business Chapter 11 filings.

For personal Bankruptcy filings, the time limits are:

1) Chapter 11 after Chapter 11 - 8 years. Bankruptcy Stat. 1141(d)(3)(C).

2) Chapter 7 after Chapter 11 - 8 years. Bankruptcy Stat. 727(a)(8).

3) Chapter 13 after Chapter 11 - 4 years. Bankruptcy Stat. 1328(f)(1).
