I have filed a Chapter 13. My monthly payments are $1571. I feel that these payments are very high and I'm struggling to pay my mortgage each month. I was wondering if I can get my re-payment paln reviewed.

Hi JACustomer,

Yes - the Bankruptcy Code has a provision whereby a debtor can ask the court to change the monthly payment amount. Bankruptcy Stat. 1329(a).
