When you said, "when a Bankruptcy is final", did you mean when a Bankruptcy case is closed?

Once your Bankruptcy case is closed, anything that you own belongs exclusively to you. That means if you sell your house, the entire amount that you receive belongs to you - there is no need to give any money to any creditors.
