Hi - my name is XXXXX XXXXX I'm a Bankruptcy litigation attorney here to assist you.

No, this should not effect your payment plan because your spouse is not responsible for your debts, so his income or debt should not do anything to your current case.

what if i relocated and moved to another city,I am also unemployed. will this have and effect on my case
Expert:  Roger replied 5 years ago.
Moving won't have an effect, but if you lose your job and can't make your payments, the bankruptcy will be dismissed or converted to a chapter 7.

Can i add debt accrued after a year in bankruptcy to my chapter 13?
Expert:  Roger replied 5 years ago.
It is possible to add new debt to a Chapter 13 - if the trustee approves it and if you can show you'll be able to pay your plan with this debt added to it.
