Hi JACustomer,
1) Has the landlord already gotten a judgment for possession?
2) If yes, what was the reason for the eviction proceeding - nonpayment of rent, lease expired, or something else?
3) If the reason was nonpayment, is the renter able to pay the past-due rent?

I contacted a local attorney and will be following up with him.
