I am getting ready to file for divorce in Ohio and we are both

Resolved Question:

I am getting ready to file for divorce in Ohio and we are both in a chapter 13 bankruptcy(year 3 of 5) and I want to keep the house. Is this possible if I can afford it?

WebLaw :

It is possible. If both spouses agree that you should receive the house in the divorce, the house will be awarded to you. If you cannot agree, the house will be an asset that will be equitably divided by the court in the divorce proceeding
