Hi JACustomer,
If your mortgages were discharged in your Bankruptcy, there is no advantage for you to short sell your house. Why do you want to short sell your house?
Customer: replied 5 years ago.

my mortgage is not included in my chapter 7, I dont like a foreclosure on my credit report yes there is advantange to shortsale, it will appear on my credit report as sold not foreclose. I want to shortsale my house bec. there is no value.

Unfortunately, there is nothing you can do to have a lien removed if the lienholder refuses to remove the lien.
