Hi - my name is XXXXX XXXXX I'm a Family Law litigation attorney here to assist you.

Unfortunately, there is no way to get the bankruptcy off of your credit report until 10 years have passed since the bankruptcy has been discharged.

Once ten years have passed, you have a right to have the bankruptcy removed under the Fair Credit Reporting Act.
