Debtor(we) hired attorney to file chapter 11 for motel. Courts

Resolved Question:

Debtor(we) hired attorney to file chapter 11 for motel. Court's judge asked (us) debtor to hire an Auctioneer. Debtor chose the Auctioneer ( 10% commission on sale) to advertise to get buyers. Now we the debtor wants the name and phone numbers who called & registered. But Auctioneer denies us to give us information.
How legally can we request to give us the debtor the information. There should be
'Transparency' between us as hirer?
Any suggestion?
Thank You

Hi JACustomer,

As there is no legal requirement that the auctioneer provide the debtor with the information regarding registered bidders, there is nothing you can legally do to get that information.
