Hello I am a licensed attorney here to help you with your question, please review my response and do not hesitate to ask for clarification.

If yo have no bank accounts in your name and you are not working, the Judgment will not hurt you as they cannot garnish your wages or freeze your bank accounts.

Since this is a Civil judgment you can be arrested for not paying it.
