If a re-affirmation agreement was filed in your 2005 Bankruptcy, you will be able to get a copy from the clerk at the Bankruptcy court where the Bankruptcy was filed. Bankruptcy court clerks can access this information from the computer.

The Morgage Company is report to the (3) Credit Service that I have not paid on the account or pay on time. The Morgage Company that I did not re-affirmation agreement with them. For Morgage Company to report I must have a re-affirmation agreement with them. How can I do this now with the Courts?
