A CA corporation with no debt is being sued by an individual. The issue is failure to ggive a worker lunch and rest breaks. If the corporation files for bankruptcy or dissolves, is it no longer liable should the plaintiff prevail?

As long as the judgment is not for fraud or some other kind of intentional wrongdoing, it is dischargable in bankruptcy.
