i am being sued can my debtor not accept arrangements for payment and make me sell my home or force me into bankruptcy

Yes, the lender can refuse to accept a payment arrangement and come after you for the debt.

 

If you can't pay what they're demanding, and you don't want a creditor taking a judgment against you, etc., you're going to have to file bankruptcy.
