I recently filed for chapter 7 and it was discharged. i filed with out an attorney, so how do i find out if there were any debts that werent discharged?? i had an unemployment overpayment for the state of WA and i need to know if it was discharged

you should get a letter from the court stating what was discharged, also all debts you listed in your petition will be discharged in most cases, the overpayment if listed could have been discharged, a trip to the bankruptcy court, will have a final discharge letter so you can check their as well
