I have concealed a past bankruptcy from my business partner.

Resolved Question:

I have concealed a past bankruptcy from my business partner. We have a bank loan that is going to be refinanced as a SBA loan. Are they going to find my bankruptcy even though is has been over 13 years.

If it has been more than 10 years since you received your chapter 13 discharge, the bankruptcy should not be reflected on your credit report. Typically it would not need to be disclosed to obtain a loan
