Entered into contract with a dating service and seperate loan

Customer Question

Entered into contract with a dating service and seperate loan company. I put down $300 with promise of $2500 in a lump sum ASAP. I have 3 matches, none of whom have called me since 5/25/10. I have made a complaint on the online feedback form as well as verbally by telephone. I was promised they would call 6/3/10. I am witholding payment to the loan company until one of the matches calls.

Do I have a right to cancel my membership?
Do I have a right to withold payment after I signed a contract?

Hello and thank you for your question. You are claiming they didnt perform the services contracted for?
Customer: replied 6 years ago.
Yes, they gave me matches, but none of them called.

what did they guarantee?
Customer: replied 6 years ago.

Just a moment. I will read the contract.

I'm wrong. They only provide the referral or match. They do not guarantee contact.

Thank you for your time.
