How soon after filing for bankrupsy can I withdraw funds from

Resolved Question:

How soon after filing for bankrupsy can I withdraw funds from my 401K without having any problems with the trustee, court and or creditors?

your 401k is protected from bankruptcy collections but it would be a good idea to wait 6 months after discharge to take any funds out of your 401k. However, since 401k assets are exempted the trustee will not consider it part of the bankruptcy Estate.
