HELLO I have been off work for 20 months now and have been working with a settlement company, however its becoming more difficult to paying them and keeping afloat I have over 15,000 in debt it seems like an endless battle. Is it a good recommendation to file for a bankruptcy?

Hello,You may want to consider a chapter 7 bankruptcy. A Chapter 7 bankruptcy could discharge (erase) all of your unsecured debt such as credit cards, judgments and personal loans. It would be an opportunity for a fresh financial start.
