My BK 7 is over and discharged, how long do I have before I have to surrender the car by law??

Technically, the code says you must perform your intentions within 45 days of the case filing. If the lender doesn't move to repossess - they can at any moment if discharged, they may not even want it. best thing to do is to call the lender and tell them to come pick it up when you are ready.
