In the meeting of creditors the trustee basically addressed the entire room and said that they would be taking the refund of most of us and then added as a side note, "depending on when you file". He did not let me know specifically that he would be taking mine but that is why I thought that there was a time limit from the filing date.
It has not been discharged yet but I will contact the court to see if it is listed as a no asset case. Thank you so much for your time. I appreciate it.
