if itis a chapter 7 it would be difficult, as you would have to file a motion to dismiss, and do it fast. If it was a chapter 13 it is much easier and you can file a motion to withdraw and the Court will allow it in almost all cases.

If you did a chapter 7, and the 341 meeting already happened, talk to your lawyer and see if he may want to convert the case to a chapter 13, and then withdraw it that way.
