Resolved Question:

I am a senior citizen (over 65) and may be forced to declair bankruptcy. Some time ago, I did a reverse mortgage and had the equity placed in a line of credit that I can acess anytime and not have to repay. Question, I live in fla and need to know whether the bankruptcy ct can attach this money.
