What is a discharge?
the discharge is the court order issued at the conclusion of the bankruptcy that states that the debts are no longer owed
Customer: replied 6 years ago.
Is this something that you have to wait for or apply for and how many years later does this apply?
the discharge is issued by the court as part of the bankruptcy. It is not limited by time but rather is a permanent errasure of the debt
Customer: replied 6 years ago.
Sorry, I meant how long before the discharge is issued?
