in a chapter 11 case does the bankrupcy judge have a right

Resolved Question:

in a chapter 11 case does the bankrupcy judge have a right to appoint a managing agent or receiver if the debtor is not capable of running the properties, for the last 12 months the debtor tried to manage the properties however the debtor failed to do it. I know the judge can chanage it to a chapter 7 case and the judge can appoint a trustee but can the judge appoint a receiver. If yes please answer with backup cases and info.

I don't like the odds, so I shall opt out in favor of those with greater courage.
