I filed Chapter 7 Bankruptcy under the old rules. I have to look thur my records to get the discharge date, but I am thinking of filing Chapter 13 bankruptcy. How much time do you have to wait before filing bankruptcy again.

You can file a Chapter 13 bankruptcy at any time after a Chapter 7 is filed. Provided your Chapter 7 was not filed within 12 months of the prior filing, no special rules apply.
