Hello,

Just wondering if I can file for Chapter 7 Bankruptcy?

I have debts (credit cards, car payment) totaling: $42,318.55
Make around $31,000.00 a year. Do not own a house…just rent a apartment.
Monthly Payments including rents...power…etc… comes to: $2034.00
Monthly Income from a Full time and part time job vary from $1,900.00 to $2,100.00

Monthly Minimum Payment     Total Due     Interest     Bills
$320.00     $12,645.45     14.99      Bank of America
$354.96     $17,668.66     7.24     Car - BBT
$90.00     $3,924.57     14.24      Chase WAWA

There is just no way that I can keep up with minimum monthly payments without supplementing my income with Credit Cards. Seem to be getting deeper and deeper into debt.
