WHAT IS A MOTION FOR SUMMARY FINAL JUDGEMENT OF FORECLOSURE AND TAXATION OF ATTORNEYS FEES AND COSTS? HOW LONG BEFORE WE GET THE FORECLOSURE NOTICE AND HAVE TO GET OUT?

Hello,

The lender is asking for a Default Judgment in the Motion for Summary Judgment. If the Motion is granted, a sale date will be set. The title will be issued to the new buyer about 7-10 days later. At that time the new owner can give you thirty days notice to vacate.
