WE HAVE OUR OWN BUSINESS AND IT HAS SLOWED DOWN AND WE ARENT' EXPECTING A BIG INCREASE ANYTIME SOON. WHAT HAPPENS TO THESE 2   ITEMS UNDER CHAPTER 13?

THE ASSETS MAY NOT BE TOUCHED BUT WE CAN'T MAKE PAYMENT ON THEM ANY LONGER, THE CHAPTER 13 SAYS WE HAVE 5 YEARS TO PAY AND WE CAN'T PAY THESE OFF IN 5 YEARS.
