This answer was rated:

I am the Secretary Treasurer of an s-corp in southern Illinois and live in Missouri. I am considering filing bankruptcy in Missouri. Whether I file Chapter 7 or 13, can my creditors go after my employer because of my position within the company? The President of the company is concerned that my creditors will come after him to collect on my bad debt and he will lose his business.
No, they cannot go after your employer for your debts, unless your employer cosigned or guaranteed these debts as well.
