The Federal Party/Case Index shows no bankruptcy filing for Safe Tire Disposal Corporation of Texas. The index shows five closed civil cases, but nothing in bankruptcy.
Is it possible that the actual filing hasn't occured yet, or is just happening today?
There are no SEC records for Safe Tire as a publicly traded corporation.
On page 47 of this publication, begins a list of every Bankruptcy trustee for the Northern District of Texas. I don't know what else to do other than to call each of them.
