I have been involved with Chapter 13 almost five years now,

Resolved Question:

I have been involved with Chapter 13 almost five years now, and I have a year or less to finish. But my question is, now that I'm so close and the time of paying off is harder for me to meet the payments, what is the other alternative if any. And I think that the most of the unpaid balance are in taxes of less than $17.000. Thank you for you reply. Bob,

You can consider having your Chapter 13 dismissed. You can then refile at a later date to structure the payment out over a longer time period.
