I did my own bankruptcy without a lawyer. I may have found

Resolved Question:

I did my own bankruptcy without a lawyer. I may have found another unsecured debtor that I need to send the form 34l to. I believe my deadline has gone by. What should I do. I filed on November 6, 2008

What Chapter bankruptcy did you file? Were there assets available for creditors?
Expert:  Ellen replied 7 years ago.
I filed Chapter 13 in State of Maine. I was being run around by the mortgage company so I filed BK on 11/6/08. I only had less than $2,000 unsecured debts, just the house (with mortgage); and car (free and clear).

You will need to file a modified plan to include the unsecured creditor.
