Hello,

To clarify, are you asking how you can obtain the trailer from your boyfriend?
Customer: replied 7 years ago.
yes but i can not get a loan i have tried to.

Hello,

So you are saying that the trailer is in your boyfriend's name, he will transfer the trailer to you but wants you to put the loan in your name? If so, what is your question?
Customer: replied 7 years ago.
he does not care if it in my name but if he die his kids or the state would get it

Hello,

Then you can ask your boyfriend to transfer the title to you or to leave it to you in his will.
Customer: replied 7 years ago.
to tranfer the title it has to be payed for? so if he left it his will i have to pay death taxes on it?
Expert:  Ellen replied 7 years ago.
Hello,

To transfer the title it does not have to be paid for. However, the lender may choose to call the loan.

If he leaves it in his will, you would not have to pay death taxes on it.
