I am about 12 months into my chapter 13 payment plan. I had to default on my 401K loans to make my bill 6 months ago. I now just did my taxes and owe about $10,000 due to defaulting on my loans. Is there a way to to roll this into my payment plan? I just can't pay it have no money left after bills.

Since the debt arose after the filing of the petition, the IRS debt cannot be included as part of your current payment plan. You can try to have the current Chapter 13dismissed without prejudice and refile under a new plan. You will need the services of a qualified bankruptcy attorney to do this.
