HelloCustomer

If Cincinnati Water Works was listed as a creditor in your bankruptcy and the debt discharged they cannot legally collect for that debt, period. You should send them a copy of the bankruptcy discharge and ask that they cease all collections, and verify this isn't being reported on your credit report.

If they were not included in your bankruptcy then they can attempt to collect if it falls within the Statute of Limitations in Ohio.
