Yes you can IF you have not converted it from another Chapter (7 0r 11) This is a right and no motion needs to be filed. It can be done by filling out a form on the Bankruptcy courts web site and filing it with the court. Some courts have their own local forms so you need to check this first and use the correct form

But beware once dismissed the creditors can proceed to try and collect any debt owing to them as the automatic stay ceases on dismissal.

Not the Trustee's web site but the bankruptcy court's web site. Type in google "bankrutpcy court Illinois
Look under local court forms first if not there then just forms.
