i have no credit card debt my bills comes from medical exp. approx 25,000. i work 33-36 hours almost full time job no home but i own my car payis an ave of 930.00-960.00 tried to mediate with 1 creditor their part is up to 5,00.00 now but they wouldnt except how much i could pay monthly said they would garnish my wages they wanted 200.00 month at least that wont let me pay rent elec food and tv, phone all just bacis bills not sure what to do

You may want to consider a Chapter 7 bankruptcy.
