Resolved Question:

A wife is filing bankruptcy should she include the car that the husband purchased on the petition even though her name is XXXXX XXXXX the loan. Her name is XXXXX XXXXX title not the loan. How is the creditor listed on the petition if her name is XXXXX XXXXX the loan?

The car needs to be listed as an asset, but not a debt. The Creditor is not a creditor of the Wife, just the husband. However, her 1/2 interest in the car is an asset. It really won't matter because you don't own the car to the point that the Trustee can sell it, but you must list it because it is titled in your name.
