Can you please explain what you mean by "ceased"?
Customer: replied 8 years ago.
Come and get your property.
Expert:  Marcus Parker replied 8 years ago.

Let me ask this another way.

Are you a debtor or a creditor?

What is the property? Who owned it? Who has it?

Customer: replied 8 years ago.
I am the debtor. The property is a airplane, and it is still in my position. In Febuary of next year it will be 10 years since my bankruptcy.
Expert:  Marcus Parker replied 8 years ago.

Was the airplane listed on your schedule of assets?

Did you claim it as exempt?

Did you get an order of discharge? An order closing the estate?

It looks like the trustee has abandoned the asset.
